Just like you'd schedule any other performance, to make a
reservation, you must choose a time and place for the performance to
take place. You will need to do the following:
1) Check with the recipient
of the Harp Instead visit to learn the best time for a visit.
2) Check with the host
facility(most often the recipient is well aware of schedules at the
facility) to confirm that your planned visit doesn't interrupt other
necessary services.
3) E-mail Barbara
Fackler or call 630-665-6098 to coordinate the day, time,
and location of the visit.
4) When steps 1-3 have been
accomplished, decide how you'll make payment.
5) Harp
Instead visits may be scheduled no more than one week in advance.
