Harp Instead Reservations

Barbara Fackler, therapeutic harpist

Dupage County, Illinois

How to Schedule a Private Visit

Just like you'd schedule any other performance, to make a reservation, you must choose a time and place for the performance to take place.  You will need to do the following:

        1) Check with the recipient of the Harp Instead visit to learn the best time for a visit.
        2) Check with the host facility(most often the recipient is well aware of schedules at the facility) to confirm that your planned visit doesn't interrupt other necessary services.
        3) E-mail Barbara Fackler or call 630-665-6098 to coordinate the day, time, and location of the visit.
        4) When steps 1-3 have been accomplished, decide how you'll make payment.
        5) Harp Instead visits may be scheduled no more than one week in advance.

How to Schedule a Passages Hospice Visit

Requests for visits to Passages Hospice patients must be made and approved through your Passages Hospice nurse or social worker. Once the visit is approved we'll work together to schedule the visit.

How to Pay for a Private Visit

If you plan to attend the Harp Instead visit, the preferred method of payment is by cash or check on site. If you plan to pay on site, please arrange for payment prior to the performance. This is the simplest, least intrusive method for payment.

If you are unable to attend the visit, payment may be made prior to the visit via Google Check Out, which accepts all major credit cards. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail including a link to payment options. Be advised that payment  using Google Check Out may take 24 hours to process.

Services will not be rendered without payment.
Payments are non-refundable unless musician fails to perform or in rare instances when performance must be cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.  No refunds after services have been rendered.
